Production Time:
Production time for most products are approximately 7-21 working days. Production days do not include the day you ordered or shipping times.
It starts the next working day after placing an order. NOTE: Please refer to the specific product pages (of the product you ordered) for more specific production times.
Shipping Times:
Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Generally, this is 1-6 days depending mostly on the distance it has to travel (where the product ships from and where you are located).
For instance, a product shipping from our Miami, Florida manufacturer would take approximately 1 working day for Florida customers but
may take 5-6 working days for west coast customers.
Working days do not include weekends or holidays.
