Larger Width Clutch Lift Roller Shades Install Instructions

These instructions are specifically used for our clutch operated roller shades and sheerweave shades using the "Win Heavy Power" or "Win Roll-B" Clutch mechanism. The "Win Roll-A" clutch mechanism already has the brackets attached but everything else is the same.

How to Install:

Outside Mount
1. Start by holding the shade up to the widow opening to get a feel as to where you want it to hang.
2. Next, take a pencil and mark both ends where the brackets will go (be sure that the shade is level).
3. Screw the brackets (#1 and #6) to the wall (or trim) with the screw provided. Be sure to install into a solid material, if not you will need hollow wall anchors.
4.Roll the shade material (#4) all the way around the roller (#3) and slip the clutch mechanism back on both ends (#2 and #5) if they came off and insert the clutch operated end (#5) into the bracket first, then drop the other end (#2) into the bracket cradle (#1).


Inside Mount
Basically, it mounts the same as the outside mount except the brackets are turned upwards and screwed into the ceiling, top of window frame or sides of window. These brackets are universal and used for all installation types.
