These Room Darkening Arch Top Cellular Shades are a 100% polyester non-woven fabric, which is infused with
metal "flex" to virtually eliminate all eliminate light transmission. Unlike other "black-out" window shades,
the 3/8" Room Darkening Double Cell is designed to provide a darkened room atmosphere, perfect for sleeping,
but still provides a small level of illumination for fashion elegance. These shades will block out 99% of
visible light (through the fabric). The remaining light transmission provides a luminescent glow. Product components are color coordinated.
Available in the same popular colors as our 3/8" Double Cell Room Darkening Cellular shades, allowing you
to have a uniform color scheme to match your decor.

Custom Wholesale Blinds warrants that its products are manufactured to the highest professional standards and carefully inspected before shipping. Custom Wholesale Blinds offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
All Vertical Headrails and Louvers are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after date of purchase, under normal wear and tear by customers.
The limited lifetime warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, maintenance or use. Furthermore, PVC Fabrics and cords used in Custom Wholesale Blinds Products may tend to lose their original color or intensity, yellow, fade, crack or wear out when left in direct sunlight or around any radiators/heaters. This limited warranty does not cover claims that any such components are defective as a result of exposure to sunlight. Any defect, malfunction or failure to perform caused by fire, wind, hail, flood, lightning, or pollutants is excluded from this limited warranty.
If any of our products fail to meet this limited warranty. Custom Wholesale Blinds, will repair or replace the defective part(s). Custom Wholesale Blinds will replace the defective part(s) free of charge. You must pay the costs or removal, installation, or reinstallation of the product. Even if we are at fault or make any mistakes while processing your order, we will not pay for air freight charges to remedy the situation.

Custom Wholesale Blinds, Inc. reserves to the right to change, discontinue or alter any of its products, or the parts incorporated into any of its products, at its sole discretion. If any parts or component originally installed in any Custom Wholesale Blinds product is not available within 30 days after original date of receiving merchandise, Custom Wholesale Blinds cannot be held responsible for any discontinued products. Custom Wholesale Blinds cannot be held responsible for Dyelots, Discontinued Products, or any part hereof, if products for any customer are not all ordered at the same concurrent time.

Yes, Every product we sell with the exception of the Express Stock Size program is custom made to your exact specifications.

Therefore, we cannot assure you that what you see accurately portrays the color. We have gone to great lengths to portray colors as

Shipping Charges | |

We do not charge for shipping blinds that are less than 90" wide. We charge a $125 oversize shipping fee on blinds 90" wide or greater. On pvc vertical blinds we charge $125 if they are 90" wide or 90" tall and greater.
